Terms of service

By purchasing and/or subscribing to any tier, and/or downloading content provided by No Name Studio, you accept this legally binding Agreement and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you do not accept or agree with these terms, do NOT subscribe, purchase, or download the content we provide.

Due to the nature of our digital products and us supplying a download link to them directly upon patronage we cannot issue a refund as our products have already been licensed to you upon signing up.

  1. No Name Studio is the sole owner of the STL files and their derivatives. The STL files are copyrighted work belonging to No Name Studio.
  2. No Name Studio grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the files.
  3. You may not Resell, re-distribute, or share our digital products as-is or where the resource can be extracted, nor use portions of our files to create new ones. You may not resell derivatives (e.g. physical prints) of our digital products unless you possess a Commercial Use License that is granted by No Name Studio alone.
  4. You may not use the resources in mass commercial production, meaning no molds and/or casting of the printed models.
  5. You may only use the content provided by us (imagery, digital files, and their location links) for personal use, and you are not allowed to distribute or sell them nor the prints. (See exclusions below).
  6. All copyrights belong to No Name Studio, NO rights are assigned or transferred to the end-user. Our files, designs, and imagery are protected by intellectual property laws.
  7. Availability of tiers on My Mini Factory and Patreon may or may not be limited.
  8. Tiers and their rewards and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  9. Any theft, redistribution, resale, imitation, licensing, leasing, or claimed ownership of No Name Studio’s copyrighted brand and materials will be considered a breach of this contract, an infringement of copyright law.
  10. You may also not otherwise modify, duplicate, create derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer the files in any way.
  11. You may resize or cut the contents of the files for personal use.

Commercial Use License - Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. Filling in the No Name Studio Merchant Registry survey is mandatory for receiving a Commercial Use License. It is mandatory for licensees to keep the information provided in the said survey up to date and valid. Only when the survey is completed and the terms and conditions are agreed to can a member of the Merchant tier utilizing their commercial license. The Merchant Registry Survey link can be found in every Merchant Tier download post.
  2. You may sell 3d prints of our models as long as you remain subscribed to a tier that provides a commercial license. -You may not cast our models.
  3. You may not sell our digital files.
  4. You may not share our digital files.
  5. You may not accept printing commissions by a third party that shares No Name Studio digital files with you.
  6. You may not use our products in crowdfunding campaigns.
  7. You must credit No Name Studio as the artist responsible for creating said models.
  8. You may not put your logos on our images for marketing or promotional purposes.
  9. Merchants may use only graphic materials, logos and digital renders created and provided by No Name Studio when presenting No Name Studio products.
  10. You may not alter any of our graphic materials, logos and digital renders while presenting No Name Studio products.
  11. The printed models may be painted or unpainted.
  12. No Name Studio retains the right to revoke any Commercial Use License at any time.
  13. A storefront not filed in the No Name Studio Merchant Registry will be receiving takedown reports.
